Management refuses to see talent - Marketing Bentley Systems Employee Review

Terrible management, looking back I know it's been some of the worst. Terrible behavior, and people are sent on a course to better themselves. No guidance to junior team members. Any training you have to find and ask for. Performance reviews but no career planning, no skill inventories. So many reorganisations. One manager sees you as high potential, the next is scared of you and keeps you small, the next elevates you, the next is a brand new manager with no clue how to truly lead, especially a global team. So much martech spent with no idea why and no plan how. A waste. A mess. So glad I'm now in the right organisation, able to show talent and support business growth.
