Pros
Nice campus, most people are great to work with. Average compensation, substantial vacation time off (for most departments).
Cons
Poor engagement of operational leadership, department directors engage in bullying behavior unrestrained by oversight (not just my own department but at least 2 others). Disappointed that a well-regarded business school disregards the value of applying good human resource management at the operational level. Poor work-life balance.
