They have by far been the nicest company I have ever worked for. You’re treated as an adult and you’re not baby sat or micro managed.

Long hours if you can call that a “con” but in this industry there’s a busy season and your hours become longer and they do take a toll on you if you aren’t intentional with your downtime.
