Cons
Bergstrom never lets you forget that you are a number. They say they value their guests above all else, but it is a farce. They care about their numbers and making that look good. They force you to answer the employment surveys, that get them best of the bay and best employer awards, with all good remarks. They will literally have a manager watch you take them to mark it good. Their forced metrics do not count being a stand up person and helping people, as much as they like to pretend they do. Years I spent being a source of helping both customers and other employees counted for nothing at the end. It doesn't matter what you may have effecting you in your personal life, if you're struggling at all and it hurts their very specific metrics even a little bit, you get the axe. You can handle situations and relations with other departments that nobody wants to touch for years, doesn't matter. Ne cautious working here, because their talk about caring is a lie.
