      Pros

      New management, new equipment, new ambulances, we are treated fairly now...wasn't before. Good old boy club is gone (going). Promotions happening as it grows.

      Cons

      Need more ambulances (they have approval now to put more on...so that should be much better soon), forced overtime (but that is dropping quickly too...almost rare now).

      Pros

      You build PTO fast and have lots of holidays, Hours are weekdays only between 8-5 depending on the department.

      Cons

      Pay is every 2weeks and the salaries could be a little higher. Decent benefits but you almost cant afford to use them with the copays.
