Business Outlook
Pros
You get to work with a solid team of people who are passionate about music education. There's a lot of autonomy but also room for creative collaboration. The benefits are great and the hours are great.
Cons
The office culture can be a little bit lacking. There's not a lot of opportunity for gathering or getting to know people outside of your specific department/team. There have been lots of management changes and big initiatives for growth that caused some shake ups - but ultimately it seems to have settled.
