Autonomous, self-directed work. Friendly people. Love being around the music and the technology.
Cons
The motto is "esse quam videri," which means "to be rather than to seem." Berklee is guilty of seeming, rather than being a great institution. Disorganized. Miscommunications are abundant among departments. I have been doing work for more than a year and a half that is not in my job description and I have yet to be paid for it. They have been slow to review our positions and give us a raise.
