Pros
Berklee has really been a terrific place to be a faculty member. The strong union here has made amazing strides for us over the years. Everyone I work with is really on their game, and the administration is very attentive to the difficult issues facing colleges these days. And a lot of the students are amazingly talented.
Cons
The school can be very expensive for students, which I find concerning.
