It’s encouraging to hear that you value the relationships with your colleagues and appreciate the overtime opportunities. Thank you for sharing both the positives and the challenges of your experience working at BPG. You’re absolutely correct that we take security very seriously at our facilities, which is why personal phone use is restricted, particularly when printing secure materials. At the same time, we understand employees need access to their phones, so they are not completely prohibited. We ask that phones be used responsibly and at appropriate times, while making it clear that photos are strictly forbidden to protect intellectual property. Regarding our facilities, potential future employees should note that they are not temperature controlled. We recognize that summer heat and other weather conditions can be challenging, and we do everything we can to make the work environment as comfortable as possible. We also want to clarify our approach to inclement weather. While we strive to keep operations running whenever possible, we have an inclement weather hotline in place for a reason, and safety remains our top priority. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve both operational efficiency and the overall employee experience.
