Cons

Lately the Automotive industry in Germany has been in a downturn and this has negatively affected the number of new projects coming in.

low stress, understanding supervisors(NOT "managers")

Cons

high level of bureaucracy; disconnect between locations/HQ/customers if there's an issue nepotism No advancement opportunities poor pay, unclear pay structure, and advancement opportunities
