Pros

A lot of interesting projects to work on that usually go on for about three years. Possibility to switch fields of work as they are a Tier 2 supplier. Ability to go abroad for a certain time with ok pay and benefits. Managent is young and very approchable.

Cons

Growth is everything as management makes their money of a share that their employees earn on projects. Turn around time for employees is very short as it is often considered a springboard to land a job at a Tier 1 or an OEM. Pay is very mediocre and it's very hard to get a decent raise. You're basically "sold" to the customer.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. Your perspective provides valuable insights that help us understand both the strengths and areas where we can grow as a company. Among other things, we’d like to address your comment about managers showing up once a year with gifts. These visits are part of our effort to increase facetime and build personal connections with employees, particularly since opportunities for direct interaction can sometimes be limited. These moments are not intended as mere formalities but as opportunities to strengthen relationships, which we are continuously working to enhance and make more frequent. Creating a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and see clear pathways for growth is central to our goals. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. Your input helps us shape a stronger Bertrandt for everyone, and we remain committed to ongoing improvement. Kind Regards, Bertrandt US
