Pros

Fun project, with a lot of freedom in the project itself and determining my own working hours

Cons

No good interaction with other employees, not clear deliverables nor proper management through the project. I was more or less allowed to do whatever I wanted.

low stress, understanding supervisors(NOT "managers")

Cons

high level of bureaucracy; disconnect between locations/HQ/customers if there's an issue nepotism No advancement opportunities poor pay, unclear pay structure, and advancement opportunities
