Pros

Easy to move up in pay with getting additional track certifications. Laid back work environment with shift hours that will work with your schedule. Not to many places you get to drive over 100+ mph

Cons

Some vehicles aren't complete. Meaning safety features are not available and in some cases the vehicles don't have working climate control.

Dear former colleague, Thank you for your 4-star rating. We are delighted that you value our company as an employer, particularly appreciating the positive work environment and the excellent training opportunities in Maricopa. Creating a working environment in which you feel completely at ease is very important to us. But we also take your suggestions for improvement seriously and pass them on. All the best for the future! Best regards Sarah Jäckle

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. Your perspective provides valuable insights that help us understand both the strengths and areas where we can grow as a company. Among other things, we’d like to address your comment about managers showing up once a year with gifts. These visits are part of our effort to increase facetime and build personal connections with employees, particularly since opportunities for direct interaction can sometimes be limited. These moments are not intended as mere formalities but as opportunities to strengthen relationships, which we are continuously working to enhance and make more frequent. Creating a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and see clear pathways for growth is central to our goals. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. Your input helps us shape a stronger Bertrandt for everyone, and we remain committed to ongoing improvement. Kind Regards, Bertrandt US
