Pros

Interesting projects, the possibility of traveling all over the world, a good team of young people, good communication and atmosphere in the team, an excellent team leader.

Cons

It was agreed that I would work in a position that required only the English language, while I was greeted differently - several colleagues quit and I was transferred to a project that was exclusively in the German language. Colleagues from the team spoke to me in English without any problems, while business partners demanded a conversation in German, which caused me great stress.

low stress, understanding supervisors(NOT "managers")

high level of bureaucracy; disconnect between locations/HQ/customers if there's an issue nepotism No advancement opportunities poor pay, unclear pay structure, and advancement opportunities
