Pros

This is a great place to work if you don't mind making up false tests for different car companies in regards to performance of cars that aren't even out yet. If you're a liar and don't mind cheating the public and giving them unsafe cars and this is the job for you.

Cons

Stay away from this place these people are liars and cheats and when you find them out they will fire you.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. Your perspective provides valuable insights that help us understand both the strengths and areas where we can grow as a company. Among other things, we’d like to address your comment about managers showing up once a year with gifts. These visits are part of our effort to increase facetime and build personal connections with employees, particularly since opportunities for direct interaction can sometimes be limited. These moments are not intended as mere formalities but as opportunities to strengthen relationships, which we are continuously working to enhance and make more frequent. Creating a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and see clear pathways for growth is central to our goals. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. Your input helps us shape a stronger Bertrandt for everyone, and we remain committed to ongoing improvement. Kind Regards, Bertrandt US
