Pros

30 days off/year, flexible hours, and it is a service company, so you work based on projects and clients.

Cons

The salary is solid and difficult to negotiate, there aren´t "pluses" based on performance. And there has been a lot of issues around how the company manages them.

Dear colleague, Thank you for taking the time to give us this detailed feedback. We would like to thank you for both the positive aspects and the points of criticism - after all, we want to continue to develop as an employer. We are pleased that you have such a positive perception of the work-life balance at Bertrandt. In order to offer our colleagues the best possible opportunity for an individual work-life balance, we have options such as part-time work across all hierarchical levels, sabbaticals and mobile working. We also take your criticisms regarding salary seriously and pass them on to the relevant departments. Best regards Sarah Jäckle

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. Your perspective provides valuable insights that help us understand both the strengths and areas where we can grow as a company. Among other things, we’d like to address your comment about managers showing up once a year with gifts. These visits are part of our effort to increase facetime and build personal connections with employees, particularly since opportunities for direct interaction can sometimes be limited. These moments are not intended as mere formalities but as opportunities to strengthen relationships, which we are continuously working to enhance and make more frequent. Creating a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and see clear pathways for growth is central to our goals. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. Your input helps us shape a stronger Bertrandt for everyone, and we remain committed to ongoing improvement. Kind Regards, Bertrandt US
