Pros

Flexible time WFH Healthy work environment (some of the most polite ppl i've worked with, and I can tell, since I did trigger them a few times) No micromanagement

Cons

Salaries are not following inflation Salary increases are not done very objectively Sometimes there is chaotic task scheduling, requiring overtime (it's sporadic, but it happens)

low stress, understanding supervisors(NOT "managers")

Cons

high level of bureaucracy; disconnect between locations/HQ/customers if there's an issue nepotism No advancement opportunities poor pay, unclear pay structure, and advancement opportunities
