      good company culture, food in the break room, good coworkers

      Cons

      no benefits, very difficult to get a full time position if they keep you past the holiday season, breaks are rare, very sales focused (especially on memberships and warranties)

      Pay, fairly easy to communicate, lot of work, flexible schedule

      Cons

      Big corporation, impossible to implement new ideas that actually work, they change things based on some crazy idea from a Executive that never had any hands on experience, they make major changes out of nowhere!
