Pros

The pay. A ton of training. Benefits.

Cons

Extremely negative co-workers that will start drama at the drop of a hat. Even the advice they give is “Don’t talk- it will be misconstrued later; no matter what”. If your own co-workers are telling you that as part of the work culture; that’s not good. This isn’t high school. This is the reason for the high-turnover. Negativity from your own team on top of the angry customers does not promote a healthy environment. A team is supposed to have your back, not there to take turns with the customer in throwing knives at it. A lot of people who likes to brush off work to another person than to actually do their job. Not enough hours. Sure- the pay is great, but not if you don’t have the hours to back it up. Sometimes (a lot of the times) you won’t get a break on a 8+ day. So bring food with you if you can and keep it on your person.

Pros

Coworkers are nice enough most of the time. The discount is nice. They're pretty flexible with schedules

Cons

Management doesn't know what they're doing. The pay is bad. Most of the employees are young and act as such. Unreasonable goals, and management breathes down your neck. They'll constantly promise "leadership training" and "advancement opportunity" but nothing ever happens. The sales tactics are terrible. They say the care about customers but every action says it's all just about the metrics. They're constantly cutting costs.
