Pros

Great Team Members everyone is like family, made lots of new friends Flexible (Except during the holiday Season) Employee Discounts are pretty good Certifications and Training Opportunities perfect for high school and college students with little to no experience

Cons

Border line illegal/unethical sick day policies To much pressure for a non commissioned environment Not flexible at all during the holiday seasons Disconnect between Services and Sales leads to confusion and frustration from both associates and customers alike

Pros

Flexible hours, easy job in AC, employee discount. Internal postings were available that I could apply to higher corporate roles for if id wanted to advance with them. The micromarket manager, Brandon, is good at what he does and so is the store EM or whatever they've reorg'd store manager to be called. The mgmt in general is eager to help and support you in getting better numbers if you are open and talk with them.

Cons

Very few. Maybe pressure occasionally to get card apps or boost your numbers but if you perform well enough this is really not an issue. The products honestly sell themselves if you know them even somewhat well and can get good at conversing naturally with your customers and identifying what they need. If you have secondhand guilt over credit cards or cant comfortably talk about them you may struggle. There is a template they follow on how to sell. It works tbh. Some people believe that it feels fake, I disagree. Personally I think theres a line you can walk to still be authentic/yourself while integrating their approach.
