Pros

Getting paid substantially more than everyone who had already been working there 1 year+, chill laid-back environment, people are nice enough

Cons

The management and employees were so disorganized. From the moment I was hired I have had very little to no direction or training. I spent 3 days 4 hours each day watching training videos about how strict the company is and what to do if someone is treating a co-worker inappropriately etc. etc. and when I get onto the sales floor it is nothing like the environment I was expecting from the training videos. Everyone talks crap about everyone, no one would train me or help me, I would clock on and stand in one spot behind the customer service counter until my shift was up. There is no structure in this company. The employees made no effort to get to know me or build a relationship with me.

Pros

No Need to sell or deal with customers (Much) Constantly moving so you always have a task to do Management leaves you to your own devices Almost all warehouse employees have a set of headphone

Cons

Everyone (Cust & employees) Expect an encyclopedic knowledge on where every single item is. Management seems to think we can lift a 85" tv, pull a washer off the top shelf, stock gaming shelves, and handle store pick up at the same moment. Customers think we don't want to help them when we call someone else to help with sales There's almost too much to do and even though we may have 1-3 employees working at a time, 1 is at the door, 1 is behind store pick up, which leaves 1 employee to handle new orders, deliveries, and down stocking.
