Pros

The people are all pretty good... I can't think of many that I outright dislike out of more than one hundred employees at my store. Plus the discount is awesome on a lot of things: definitely a great reason to work there. Plus the great thing is working with technology... something that I always love to do. I always feel up to date on the latest stuff and everything is truly what I love to sell so that makes me very happy. I do not think that the prices are fair for everything... but overall the value for your money is also pretty good.

Cons

The scheduling system is a bit hectic at times. It's all done by computer and then modified by humans. I was receiving pretty decent hours but it was all extremely inconsistent. I could be working near full time hours (30-40) one week and then the next week end up working as little as five or ten. Another thing that annoys me sometimes is some of the hoops you need to jump through procedural wise. I'm not sure if all stores would do a few things... but there are a couple "busy work" activities that a lot of employees end up doing.

Pros

Great General Manager, that’s about it.

Cons

All of the leadership besides the GM were unprofessional. They couldn’t help it but most were incompetent.

Pros

Flexible hours, employee perks such as discounted products, offers 401(k) despite being part-time, coworkers who are nice to work with.

Cons

Management is quick to call-out sales that have nothing attached to it (warranties, card applications, memberships, or accessories). There is a rodent problem that has not been addressed for nearly a year; food and beverages cannot be sold at this store.
