Pros

Easy to sell memberships lots of training available

Cons

As a lead manager you are required to be a manager every single shift, but only get paid "shift lead pay" like once a week. They hire super shy people that wont make eye contact let alone sell and get mad at you when you cant make them sell. Was a top seller in the district and outsold all the other manager combined and STILL wasn't enough! The pay structure wasn't even communicated until AFTER i started. Been in retail a long time and have had good and bad experiences but this is the only one ive ever gave my feedback on because it was that bad! They kept adding to our responsibilities as lead managers like having us open and close so the higher up managers could go home early but don't pay us more. Between that and the amount of being yelled at customers and managers multiple times per hour? Nope not worth the cheap pay. Managment also puts the opportunity for advancement in front of you like a carrot on a stick. If you like getting paid average pay, getting yelled at constantly, being lied to, having no real opportunities no matter how well you do, and being given all the responsibilities and having no support, work here!

Pros

Great General Manager, that’s about it.

Cons

All of the leadership besides the GM were unprofessional. They couldn’t help it but most were incompetent.

Pros

No Need to sell or deal with customers (Much) Constantly moving so you always have a task to do Management leaves you to your own devices Almost all warehouse employees have a set of headphone

Cons

Everyone (Cust & employees) Expect an encyclopedic knowledge on where every single item is. Management seems to think we can lift a 85" tv, pull a washer off the top shelf, stock gaming shelves, and handle store pick up at the same moment. Customers think we don't want to help them when we call someone else to help with sales There's almost too much to do and even though we may have 1-3 employees working at a time, 1 is at the door, 1 is behind store pick up, which leaves 1 employee to handle new orders, deliveries, and down stocking.
