Pros
Decent benefits and equipment. Office staff is typically nice and easy to deal with.
Cons
"Regional driver" is a laughable title for what we do typically. It's a struggle to get 2,000 mile per week as a regional driver. I find it ridiculous when I spend 3-4 nights per week in the truck less than 5 hours from the house. Accessorial pay is also laughable for detention and break down pay. Currently looking for work elsewhere.
