      Easy loads. Mostly drop and hook.

      Cons

      Management will stab you in the back. They'll fire you for going 10mph over the speed limit. Terrible equipment. Be prepared to be on the side of the road for 6 hours if you break down.

      You get off early on Fridays

      Cons

      You are required to develop new business from their existing contacts/leads. All there existing contacts/leads HATES this company so you can’t secure new business. Also, they’re really selfish when it comes to paying the independent drivers. They find any excuse not to pay the independent drivers the amount agreed upon.
