If you are capable, the job in it of itself is borderline impossible to fail at.
Unlimited PTO
Cons
Obvious abuse of policies, favoritism, etc.
Just a typical office job in your house, catty upper management who are not as capable as the OS and AMs.

We appreciate all feedback and acknowledge that no organization is perfect. We’re continually working to improve our leadership practices and the overall employee experience. While we welcome constructive input, we believe it’s important for feedback to remain professional and focused on the work, rather than naming individuals. We take concerns seriously and remain committed to maintaining a respectful workplace for all.
Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.
Cons
Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
