      Pros

      The culture of Best Version Media is by far the best I have ever experienced. The CEOS, Management Team and Home Officr Staff are the best by far. Great opportunity to grow your own business, while having a home office to provide everything needed to be successful. On-going training, wisdom and support are available 24/7, not only from management but from peers across the country. BVM provides the opportunity to truly be the best version of yourself while helping businesses and other team members grow. You control your own destiny.

      Cons

      I've been with BVM for 3 1/2 years and the only con is that I wish I had discovered the company sooner.

      Pros

      Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

      Cons

      Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
