Pros
Best Version Media takes pride in hiring people who fit its culture and it shows. I work with a team of helpful, enthusiastic, competent people, and it's clear that they all love what they do. I have all the support I could need from my supervisor, but at the same time I am trusted to do my job well without being micromanaged. My ideas are welcomed and I feel like a valued member of the team.
Cons
Not really a con, but you need to be responsible and self-motivated to make BVM's flexible scheduling options work for you and that structure may not suit everyone.
