      A job most people should love. Great way to be a major part of a community, help local businesses, and a very stable income for Publishers!

      Cons

      Can take a few months to start a brand new publication, but the rewards once launched are worth it!

      Pros

      Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

      Cons

      Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
