      Pros

      I've been with the company for six months with three publications in print. Corporate cultural is like no other I've ever worked for. Great support team and close knit relationships. Love being my own boss and controlling my own destiny. No start up costs are a great incentive. The company is growing rapidly and sales continue to grow. I'm confident that I will have a very successful business by year end.

      Pros

      Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

      Cons

      Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
