      -company culture -the value placed on teamwork -autonomy -young, hungry leadership -emphasis on team morale/teambuilding initiatives/FUN -family-focused business -high-quality magazines -great service for our clients

      Cons

      -fast growth means growing pains. Changing and updating systems to accommodate our growth can be challenging across departments -our large size sometimes makes communication a challenge. Project Managers and our Operations team are addressing this effectively.

      Pros

      Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

      Cons

      Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
