      Everyone at BVM is very friendly and welcoming, they make you feel supported and encouraged. The company provides great benefits, flexibility and plenty of room to growth professionally. Overall, excellent place to work for!

      Communication and management can improve a bit more.

      Pros

      Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

      Cons

      Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
