What started as… “I’ll try it”. Has turned it to… “Can’t imagine doing anything else.” This is and will be my favorite career I’ve ever tried and I’ve tried many of them.

Cons

It’s Challenging and that’s not for everyone.

Pros

Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

Cons

Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
