      We have been growing at such a fast pace that sometimes it is hard to catch your breath. Things are ever changing, so you have to be adaptable. That is not a con, but if you are not that type of person, it isn't for you.

      Pros

      Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

      Cons

      Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
