      Partnering with Best Version Media has truly been one of the most rewarding decisions of my career. It has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally while making a meaningful impact by connecting people within our community. The training, support, flexibility, and communication provided are exceptional, and I’m grateful to be part of such a dedicated and inspiring organization.

      Cons

      One of the more challenging aspects of this career is maintaining a positive mindset when working with clients who may be resistant to new ideas and have a fixed mindset rather than a growth mindset. I also value thoughtful, unhurried conversations, as they lead to stronger relationships and better outcomes. Despite these challenges, I’ve learned to navigate them with professionalism and grace,....always focusing on the bigger picture of service and community connection.

      Pros

      Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

      Cons

      Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
