Pros

- remote - casual environment - decent benefits if you can afford them - summer fridays and frosty fridays - depending on your department, people can be friendly and mind their business

Cons

- persistent miscommunication, not updating you on decisions with things they want you to be 100% involved in - underpaid - unrealistic high expectations from management, mostly due to the miscommunication and being overworked - stagnant and zero room for growth - redundant work - bonuses are very small - the typical cons of a non-profit

Pros

- decent coworkers - remote work - benefits are fine if you can afford them

Cons

- severely low pay with the expectation to still go above and beyond - can feel culty with the level of dedication you are expected to show - out of touch upper management. Thinks their 6 figure pay isn't alot. - BS raises (1-3% "if you're lucky") - no room for growth - pushy about sales despite the economy and businesses suffering - clique-y culture from upper management or those who have been with the company 10+ years - communication could improve significantly, especially when increasing workload and acting like we aren't allowed to say no - if you aren't kissing boots, you wont be seen as a team player and made an issue - barely a work life balance despite the position being remote ironically enough
