Pros

Decent benefits and good 401K matching %

Cons

Way too high of an individual workload compared to the hourly pay. Unrealistic job expectations. Very high turnover, so no one was very well-trained or experienced. The more experienced people in upper management had an attitude of "Hey, I stuck around long enough to fight my way up here so I don't have to worry about that stuff anymore, so don't bring your issues to me." Plus, BBB may market itself as a caring non-profit organization, but the location I worked for was very sales driven and would often violate their own policies to make or retain a sale. Our office was absorbing smaller surrounding offices at such a fast rate that our workload was spiraling out of control.

Pros

- decent coworkers - remote work - benefits are fine if you can afford them

Cons

- severely low pay with the expectation to still go above and beyond - can feel culty with the level of dedication you are expected to show - out of touch upper management. Thinks their 6 figure pay isn't alot. - BS raises (1-3% "if you're lucky") - no room for growth - pushy about sales despite the economy and businesses suffering - clique-y culture from upper management or those who have been with the company 10+ years - communication could improve significantly, especially when increasing workload and acting like we aren't allowed to say no - if you aren't kissing boots, you wont be seen as a team player and made an issue - barely a work life balance despite the position being remote ironically enough
