Pros
Amazing co-workers. Sometimes great pay. Talk with a lot of great people. High end company parties. Random Holidays / days off.
Cons
Commission pay. "Take as much money as you can" mentality. Shrewd lies and over promises to "clients" about what they'll receive and why they "have" to join. This made the holidays and days off particularly hard. When you live or die by commission, it doesn't help to force people to take a day off then comp them minimum wage only to then make them pay for themselves at the mandatory parties. Above all though, higher management just kind of did their own thing, and didn't really take constructive criticism well. They give the appearance of being on your side, but only if your always on theirs. Seems some may only be higher management due to "no one was left". Super high turn-over rates, especially in the two money making departments. Absolutely no room from growth. Overall just a soul crushing environment.
