- A lot of favoritism and not everyone held to the same standard. Who got recognized, promoted, blind eye or given opportunities depended more on being in the right circle than on actually doing good work.
- Some genuinely good hardworking people left.
- Upper management's communication style needs a lot of work. Negativity that trickles down.
- Parking situation sucks.
- Depending on which manager you're under, the experience can vary a lot.
