Constructive criticism is given with the intention to help you elevate yourself in the best way possible. The company culture is very up beat and friendly. Everyone here is always so motivated to work and in good spirits. Upper management makes a point to get to know everyone as humanly possible.

      - There are some great hardworking employees - Free lunch Fridays

      Cons

      - A lot of favoritism and not everyone held to the same standard. Who got recognized, promoted, blind eye or given opportunities depended more on being in the right circle than on actually doing good work. - Some genuinely good hardworking people left. - Upper management's communication style needs a lot of work. Negativity that trickles down. - Parking situation sucks. - Depending on which manager you're under, the experience can vary a lot.
