      I have personally worked in finance over 32 years and have never seen such an exceptional company culture and positive environment. Such positive mindsets from the owners, through the management and the positivity flows all the way through every position and aspect of business, Truly amazing!

      Cons

      The company is less than two year old, but performing with decades of experienced staff to make day to day operations seem effortless.

      - There are some great hardworking employees - Free lunch Fridays

      Cons

      - A lot of favoritism and not everyone held to the same standard. Who got recognized, promoted, blind eye or given opportunities depended more on being in the right circle than on actually doing good work. - Some genuinely good hardworking people left. - Upper management's communication style needs a lot of work. Negativity that trickles down. - Parking situation sucks. - Depending on which manager you're under, the experience can vary a lot.
