Pros
My journey at Beyond has been nothing short of amazing. Starting out as a phone agent over five years ago, I am now one of the CS Directors and have had the pleasure of witnessing and often time driving the success and growth we’ve encountered in CSD. Along the ride, I’ve had the joy of working alongside people from all walks of life and have learned an invaluable lesson in that you can always learn from your experiences, whether good or bad, and use said experiences as a catalyst for greatness. Whether it’s an agent or a C-Suite executive, my experience has been the same in that we are a passionate group of people who want the best for our clients and are extremely dedicated to providing premier service at every level. I can speak for others but my experience has been rewarding and while there are times where it gets rough, it's for the greater good of the company and I appreciate the challenges that comes with.
Cons
I wouldn't say it's a con, but its important to note that this is a performance driven culture where performance is closely monitored. It's also a startup company with new leaders so sometimes it can feel like learning is happening as it goes but that's what makes Beyond unique in that it provides a lot of opportunity for those looking to grow in their career.
