Pros

Organized for it to be remote and trainers are knowledgeable

Cons

So you have to take a ton of test in order to move forward everyday then at the end of the week if you passed enough you move forward to the next level and often times they leave out part of what you would do for the next day during those quizzes...they tell you early on in the day on the day of or as soon as your about to take the test that they have some twisted information to the test... so your not fully prepared mentally then you have to take a state test to become certified as a debt specialist they didn't mention in the interview that's also part of your grade and it also determine if you can stay on or not... it wasnt clear how many test you have to take during your interview they made it seem like a couple when really you have the self paced test they look at all month on top of a few test you have to pass 85% on to move to the next level then even after you pass all your test your still tested once they just throw you on calls and instantly evaluate you during your 2nd week of nesting… so for it to be your first week of taking calls and at the end of that week (your first week of taking calls) if your calls aren't to their liking or if your constantly asking for help (because clearly it is your first week on live calls you didn't expect because they made it seem like your only shadowing for the week still -another twist ) then you may not make it to the next level of the transition team the transition team is still a test tho your not fully safe and on the actual floor your still being tested on your calls in order to fully transition they should call it pre transition .…my class started at like 100 and after 2 weeks it was down to 30 then the 3rd week 20 ppl then I was let go before the pre transitional team transition... I received good feedback on most of my calls but was told other things played a factor I was there every day and on time...my call reviews were good so what were the other factors? asking for help like you guys said we could do... they literally test you for every little thing you're dinged for everything their expectations are extremely high hence why they have a high turnover rate and bring in huge classes all the time and that's why it was an easy interview process because on the job you're tested even more during training you're literally walking on egg shells the whole time you don't feel at ease training is suppose to be a relief not feel like for 3-4 weeks every day you're still being tested and feel like every day you may not have this job come tomorrow literally a squid game based training now I did like how organized it is for it to be remote and the knowledge of the trainers and for them to have such big groups they are organized and have that training plan very well put together but in a very strategic way that's unclear to employees before hired

Pros

Beyond Finance truly stands behind its leadership team and agents. There is a strong support system in place, and upper management genuinely listens to feedback and provides resources necessary for us to succeed. Whether an employee or client opportunity... one doesn't outweigh the other and are both equally important here at Beyond. The collaborative environment makes it incredibly rewarding to coach and mentor team members, helping them develop their skills and hit their performance goals.

Cons

None at the moment as this is a great company that encourages career and opportunity growth!

Pros

Despite having minimal education and experience, this position at Beyond Finance has allowed me to work a remote job with considerable pay and benefits. The work itself is super chill and management is nice enough. If you’re looking for a temporary remote job and don’t need to be here long, this might be for you. You really have to take the good with the bad here haha.

Cons

No job security. My class started with 40 and we are down to 4 now a year in. The metrics make sense at first glance until you realize a lot of it comes down to luck. Since I’ve been there, multiple changes have been made which directly and obviously make hitting goals more difficult, but the goals remain unadjusted. Each month, management allows a curve to assist with this, but the curve is random and contributes to the feeling being at the mercy of luck. If a curve is needed every single month, why not just openly adjust goals to be more reasonable? I feel as though I am “succeeding” in spite of management, not because of any support. Additionally, the service this company offers is a scam. It’s a little uncomfortable when everyone is talking about how prideful they are of the work they do for this company when you know deep down you are ruining peoples lives financially.
