Pros
• Pay is decent • Training is pretty easy if you pay close attention and dedicate some of your personal time outside of work.
Cons
• There are six test that you have to take in the first few weeks and if you don’t score above an 85%, you will be fired. • Nesting can be overwhelming due to there being lack of trainers. My training class had 20 people and only 3 trainers that would take turns speaking. They could not control their other employees, it’s like being in a high school class trying to learn while other people are having side conversations that aren’t work related at all and can be quit inappropriate. • Managers are only friendly if they like you, if they do not, you will find training very difficult because they will not answer your questions and pretty much treat you like you aren’t there (very much a high school childish environment). Be prepared to have to suck up to management and even then they still might not like you. • Training is only 2 weeks and then you are thrown to the wolves aka nesting. You either sink or swim and most sink due to the lack of on hands training. They have a very high turn over rate, that they do not discuss. Be aware they will lie, tell you what you want to hear and not the truth. It’s their job, One minute they will smile in your face and the next minute it’s the complete opposite. I’ve seen other reviews say that the company runs like squid games and it completely does. You are just a number even if they tell you otherwise don’t be naive and have a backup plan!!!! People drop like flies in this company. There is a reason why most of the managers you meet (actually all) have only been with the company for less than two years. •Cannot take off any sick time (so if you have an emergency that requires 2 days off or more be prepared to lose your job (even if you can provide documentation .) They will fire you without warning during your shift even if it’s not technically legal. • The program that they offer does seem like a scam, which is why a lot of people don’t graduate the program. So if you’re someone like me that has a moral compass, you will feel drained by the end of your shift. • Again, I can’t emphasize this enough. You are just a number. Please take time to look at the reviews, it’s sad to say, but the negative reviews are more truthful than the positive reviews. • and even if you do graduate training and nesting. You still have no job stability, so if you’re looking for job stability this isn’t the job at all. You will not have any, even if they say otherwise. I’ve seen firsthand myself them telling people that their job is secured, and then being fired 30 minutes later. If you’re someone that doesn’t mind having to worry about if you have a job or not every single day even after training/nesting then this is the job for you!
