Pros
Pay is great if you are a mid/top performer and the staff is phenomenal when it comes to support after training . Flexible time off and have plenty of extra competitions to make more.
Cons
Job is high risk high reward so it comes with a high stress and high pressure sales environment and it quickly gets overwhelming. Shifts can be a pain when you first start, they don’t give out too many early shifts and weekends off. Always feels like your job is on the line due to high quota expectations which always goes up and down due to inconsistency of closable leads.
