Cons
- The pay is insulting based off of the work you are doing. 18/hr and then 20/hr if you are moved to another department. Negotiators get paid literally 21 dollars...... -Management is hypocritical and expect agents to make quotas that they wouldnt even be able to achieve. -The job is a collections agency in disguise. They take on clients debt and misinform them in the beginning to get them to join the program without telling them about the 25% fee or how the program works resulting in majority unhappy clients. -not ethical at all. when the hurricane hit, they still had the company making out bound calls trying to collect money from people who were already struggling. -horrible occurance system that makes it easy for termination. That is why turnover rate is so high. -Recruiter lied about the position and what the company actually is -The biggest con is that they actually are scamming people. The best way to scam is to misinform, show urgency and prey on older and hispanic clients. That is exactly what this company is doing. They are misinforming clients to get them in the program without telling them exactly how it works. They lie and say clients wont get sued when majority of clients are getting sue. They wait until you get sued to work on said accounts then ask clients to add more funds by taking advantage of the urgency. Alot of times clients are only saving a few thousand. they can literally settle their debt on their own with out paying 25% to not even get it down to half. -This should be illegal what they are doing and I am reporting to the FTC. -Very money hungry management- all they care about is securing extra money from clients and not what the clients are going through. penalizing agents for getting rejects is not a good business practice and is why this place is always struggling. -No work life balance- they have you work mid day and weeknds and hound you on slack on your days off
