good pay , WFH environment , easy automatic systems for PTO and absence requests, Ample PTO and accrues fast , Able to redeem attendance points if you get them every 6 months, They work with your schedule and you can enter the program with no fees if you're in debt, There is 0 micro-managing if you come to work on time and do your job you will succeed, people get promoted fast and have great success stories and stay with company a long time. Training is very thorough and you practice alot and get to different levels before taking live calls. If you meet certian metrics you have the ability to bonus monthly depending on your department.
Cons
works on point system so if you have lots of medical issues or may needs days off you have to keep your points low or youll be fired but it takes ALOT to get points that high.
