Pros

- great coworkers - pay is good when marketing is good -- the company has recently switched to bait and switch tactics (which is so stupid because you don't have to do that anymore to get clients.....millions of people are looking for debt resolution...but we are marketing to people WHO WE CANT EVEN HELP and it's killing all of our metrics -- I have seen at least 4 high earners (people who consistently earn about 15-20k per month) get fired or leave as a result there are about 10 coworkers who I can think of who are done with this and ready to go to a better company that isn't so cheap and trying to bait and switch clients unneccessarily when marketing directly to debt resolution is low hanging fruit right now JUST MARKET DEBT RESOLUTION -- THAT IS WHAT PEOPLE ARE LOOKING FOR

Cons

the money you make for the company vs what they pay you is insulting they come up with every reason to not pay you your dues, even if you are a great agent the metrics are absolutely INSANE -- you need to have a closing ratio of about 70% in order to be paid properly 70% closing will account for any cancellations or missed first deposits so that you stay in the highest tier I cant tell you how many times I have had a closing ratio of 50-65% for many months only to be paid at half of what I should be getting because the marketing has changed, you often have days where you will have 4 calls in a row of someone looking for something that we don't even offer but we have to pitch them anyway or we lose our job I am seeing consistent high earners left and right suddenly having multiple zero days in a row due to the stupid marketing changes I don't know what has happened in the last 6 months, but this is not the company I started with I am over it, my teammates are over it, and this company will lose their best people because they refuse to do it right

Pros

Beyond Finance truly stands behind its leadership team and agents. There is a strong support system in place, and upper management genuinely listens to feedback and provides resources necessary for us to succeed. Whether an employee or client opportunity... one doesn't outweigh the other and are both equally important here at Beyond. The collaborative environment makes it incredibly rewarding to coach and mentor team members, helping them develop their skills and hit their performance goals.

Cons

None at the moment as this is a great company that encourages career and opportunity growth!

Pros

Despite having minimal education and experience, this position at Beyond Finance has allowed me to work a remote job with considerable pay and benefits. The work itself is super chill and management is nice enough. If you’re looking for a temporary remote job and don’t need to be here long, this might be for you. You really have to take the good with the bad here haha.

Cons

No job security. My class started with 40 and we are down to 4 now a year in. The metrics make sense at first glance until you realize a lot of it comes down to luck. Since I’ve been there, multiple changes have been made which directly and obviously make hitting goals more difficult, but the goals remain unadjusted. Each month, management allows a curve to assist with this, but the curve is random and contributes to the feeling being at the mercy of luck. If a curve is needed every single month, why not just openly adjust goals to be more reasonable? I feel as though I am “succeeding” in spite of management, not because of any support. Additionally, the service this company offers is a scam. It’s a little uncomfortable when everyone is talking about how prideful they are of the work they do for this company when you know deep down you are ruining peoples lives financially.
