Pros
-Lower level employees have a great culture and remain upbeat -Fully remote -growing company so they’re hiring from within -decent benefits besides 401k matching -working for the patients is rewarding -providers seem to care
Cons
-Very amateurish approach to “healthcare” -low hipaa standards (people routinely post things like ss# in internal chats, people and their acquaintances are being treated simultaneously, etc.) - the lack of 401k matching -my team doesn’t have “goals” but the others have numbers and time tracked as if they’re a retail call center which bothers me as a healthcare lover - our work requires multiple unrelated software or sites that should be replaced by any respectable software hospitals use -build a “start up and sell it” feeling has been noticed by many employees -lack of emphasis on tapering for patients
