Pros
Small, scrappy company with supportive leadership and room to take risks and grow if you work hard and smart. I've learned from others around me - everyone here is super smart and motivated. It's awesome to be part of advanced, ever-evolving technology that consistently outperforms "the big guys" and constantly coming up with strategic solutions. Be prepared for tight budget and creative thinking. Great happy hour and culture activities like Zoom workouts and cooking classes (even while WFH in the last year - the team made a real effort). Weekly "Bidtellectual of the Week" celebrates employees. In pre-covid times happy hours were always so fun. CEO is available to chat and involved without micromanaging; always the first to hop on a plane (in pre-covid times) to show up to meetings or events if it would help the sales team.
Cons
Small does mean sometimes our budget is tight, so creative thinking is a must for solutions.
